As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Hamilton oversees all aspects of Cirker’s operations, sales, marketing, revenue generation, customer retention, warehouse, logistics, technology, image enhancement and customer service excellence. His diverse background in the hospitality industry includes serving as the General Manager of the luxurious Marmara Manhattan Hotel in New York were he provided leadership and oversight for the hotel’s financial, sales, marketing, legal, human resources and operational activities. He also served as Resident Manager and General Manager for Milford Plaza Hotel In New York City for more than 10 years; directing activities associated with sales, marketing, revenue and yield, reservations, security, human resources, international sales, accounting, IT, front office, housekeeping and engineering. He is a graduate of Guilford College in Guilford , United Kingdom , and Bearwood College , Merchant Marine Academy , in Reading , United Kingdom . Mr. Hamilton is a member of the Academy of Wine Service , Great Britain , and the Hotel Catering and Institutional Management Association.
